This was written for my daughter when she was a little girl. Singing her to sleep was a hand me down from my Scottish mother, Sadie Bailey, who always sang to her children just like her mother did. It was easy for Caela to go into fantasy worlds when she was small and Cathy and I would try to just go along with her. Happy days of play. If you want to sing it to another child just put their name in there where Caela's is….we do it all the time.

I love you more than all the stars
just one look from your eyes
fills me up with joy - Caela
Won't you please dance for me
to the sweet sound of dreams
Right from your heart into mine - Caela
Let's not forget those happy days of play
and never let your fears get in your way
and if we have love that's enough - Caela
There is a well I am sure
Where love's waters remain pure
We all have a cup, fill yours up - Caela
